The rooms here are spacious and peaceful, plus they come with a good breakfast and kitchen area 🍳. You'll also find an electric kettle and a fridge in the rooms for added convenience. This place is nicely situated on a hill, offering a comfy stay at a fair price.

everything was good, good breakfast. well-kept and new-fashioned rooms and central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television included. the location was nice, relatively near a national museum. spent here 6 fun filled days and would stay there again.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Units for older children. Wonderful area, central location short walk to downtown, and the volcano. Nearby Hecklers Bar & Grill - great place to chill out.

I loved the modern room with a kitchenette and the delicious breakfast they served. The staff was efficient and helpful. The shower, hair dryer, and bath sheets were very convenient.

Central location was a plus. Victoria Inner Harbour airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car. The staff was knowledgeable, competent all the time.

We appreciated the staff at the front desk. She was very helpful. The rate was good and we were able to bring our dog. Originally we had booked a standard king, but it was on the opposite side of the building than what we wanted. The staff person helped us out and suggested a room on the bottom with easy access. She changed our reservation and didn't charge us any more for the room. Our room was very well located on the bottom floor (room 113) and very convenient for us and our dog. The room was quiet and the hotel not far from city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious with good size counter top, drawers and cupboards. We liked having a fridge in the room. We would stay here again.

Satisfactory breakfast and outstanding food selection. Quiet & spacious rooms with kitchen and nicely served breakfast, for example.

Good value for the price. Only about 5 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Dog friendly.

We booked 2 rooms. 1 had a terrible odour, The restaurant was sad. It was old and run down. Probably the worst breakfast we have ever had. My Mother ordered French Toast and sausage. She said it inedible - we gave it to the dog. Service was slow.. I would recommend going to Tim's down the street.

This spot is in a sweet location near a cool pub and not too far from the downtown area or the waterfront. It's super handy because you can easily walk to pretty much anywhere you need to go 🚶.

Last stay (Oct) the pool was rented out to special groups twice when I went to take my grandaughter.

The service was prompt and efficient and the room was decent.
